Every user is required to provide accurate and correct profile details. If found wrong or ambiguous we have the right to revoke your account, delete your pictures and cancel your subscription without any notice. Users are required to update their information in case of any changes which may impact the service.

Users are prohibited to access the website with any automated tools or bots. The account shall be used only for legal usage abiding by Indian Legal System.

Stillsweb allows access to your account via email and mobile number if these are connected in your Profile Settings. To do so, you need to login with either mobile or email and check under profile settings. You need to update your email or mobile there and verify. Once verified, you shall be able to login via any method.

If you have signed up with email only, service can only be accessed via a unique single password. The user of the account will be solely responsible to safeguard its password. No direct request to share the password will be made from any agent of Stillsweb. In case a user forgets his/her password, a request from the user to reset the password will be made via website or app only.

User shall not share or transfer its account with any other individual. Any such cases if found gives us complete authority to delete your account and cancel your subscription without any refund.

Stillsweb uses necessary encryption and protective measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of every user’s account. However, we cannot guarantee our measures will stop any third party attack or hacking of user data. User accepts all the risks associated with unauthorised access to personal information, uploaded content or unwanted activities from account. In case the user becomes aware of any unauthorised access to the account or any breach in security, he must immediately notify Stillsweb.

All new users shall automatically be subscribed to Trial Plan, which offers free 10 GB plan with access to all basic and advanced features available in any plan. Stillsweb does not require any banking details to access to this plan. If a user want to subscribe to higher plans as per their use, they can upgrade to any plan any time via Pricing page. These plans can be either monthly or annual purchase. All monthly or annual plans are paid for in advance of the subscription period. User can choose to upgrade from any plan to any higher plan at any point of time.

Any new subscribed plan can be cancelled within seven days of subscription purchase with a full refund. To seek the cancellation and full refund, your consumed storage must be within previous plan limit before subscription purchase. You can write at support@stillsweb.com seeking full refund. Mail must be received within seven days of subscription purchase.

If user chooses to upgrade his subscription from any paid plan, his new subscription will start instantly and the amount pertaining to the remaining duration of the previous subscription will be deducted from the billing of the new plan. If user downgrades his subscription, his new subscription will start immediately and the amount pertaining to the remaining duration of previous plan will be issued as credit to the user's account which can be used for purchasing the next subscription. The credits cannot be transferred to any other account. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

All the paid plans do not include the taxes that may be applicable to the user. The obligation of collecting taxes will be done during billing of service and appropriate taxes will automatically be applied during checkout.

All free and paid plans and their pricing may be changed whenever we may feel the need for same. The change in prices shall be communicated on website and app. The new prices will be applicable from next subscription cycle and will not affect user's existing subscription.

Your subscribed plan shall be automatically renewed at the end of subscription period. However, if you choose to cancel the plan, your renewal shall stop instantly and your plan shall remain active until the rest subscribed period.

If auto-renewal of your subscription fails, you will be given seven-days grace period to renew your subscription manually or update your payment information. If you fail to do so,

•         Your storage limit shall be reset to the trial plan.

•         You will not be able to upload the data in your account until you delete the data to meet Trial plan limit i.e. 10GB.

•         If you stay inactive for more than 30 days without any plans, all of your data may be deleted after sending 4 reminder emails. However, if your account is within Trial Plan limit, you can continue using the account for free.

If your account is inactive for more than 1 year however within Trial Plan limit, all of your data may be deleted after sending 4 reminder emails.

By registering for an account on Stillsweb, you are obliged to agree with the License Agreement of Stillsweb. By uploading any image on the platform you have granted a right to Stillsweb to use the image to host, store, reproduce, modify and display the image as per the automated and manual operations that can be performed on the image. You hereby grant transferable right and license to host and provide you with the services and hereby declare that all the content that you upload is your original creation and have the right necessary to grant such license.

Stillsweb can (but is not obliged to) monitor the content posted by users and has all the rights to stop you from posting any content, remove or ask you to remove any content which may be alleged to be inappropriate, objectionable, infringe a copyright or may violate these terms and conditions.

Stillsweb provides access to the service via downloadable mobile applications on Android and iOS which can be used in connection to service. The User will have no right to modify or sell off any copy of the application. All the rights, interest and ownership of the Application will remain with Stillsweb.

Stillsweb website and application have been developed with integration of some Third-party services. Third party services have their own Terms and requirements which are not controlled by Stillsweb. It is the responsibility of the user to familiarize himself with the terms and conditions of all such third-party services, abide by their legality and usage policies and contact the concerned administrator for their concerns. Stillsweb does not have any responsibility for errors, damages, loss of data or any other breach that may happen to the user through these third-party services.

In case of any force majeure event no party shall be held liable for any delay or inability of delivering any performance to the user. In any such event, the non-performing party shall be excused from any further obligation to provide service as it will not be considered feasible for the party as long as the circumstances continue. Stillsweb shall continue to resume the services only after it will be feasible and commercially desirable to deliver its services

The ownership of all the content and contribution will remain with the user. Stillsweb would be granted a transfer of right to use the content for providing the service but the ownership of content and contribution along with all of its Intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights will remain with the user.

You are solely responsible for your contribution and uploaded content. Stillsweb will not be held liable for any loss of data or content uploaded on the platform. Stillsweb cannot be held responsible for any kind of presentation or statement within your contribution provided in any area of website.

Any of the uploaded content is not involved with endorsement or involvement of Stillsweb in any way and cannot be held responsible for any incident that may rise out of negative implications from any content of the user. The content that you receive from or share as client gallery should not harm any user and should not be offensive, indecent, and objectionable from any perspective. In any of such incident, Stillsweb holds the right to remove, ask you to remove such content, suspend your subscription and delete your account with all of your data.

If you believe that any content or image uploaded on or linked to by the platform violates your copyright or is being exploited, please notify us at the earliest. Stillsweb team will review the infringement and if found correct will take necessary steps. The user or any other platform involved with such activity will be treated as a legal offender of the Intellectual property rights of the affected user and shall be punishable under Indian law. Stillsweb may immediately suspend the account of the user(s) who are involved in such activities and is not obliged to provide any amount of refund for the remaining duration of service.

Stillsweb may store user data such as personal information and activity logs. This data will be used to provide better services to the user, analysis and behaviour study or for communication with the user for future events. The user should hereby agree to provide all such information and upload data on platform with consent and to allow Stillsweb to use it for better utilization of platform. Communication to the user shall be done only when required or with the interest of user.

We may imply automated tools to block any attempt of bulk unsolicited communications (“also called spams”) or any kind of electronic communications tried with the user that may be inconsistent with platform’s needs. However, such tools are not guaranteed to work on every occasion and thus, Stillsweb will not be responsible for any kind of appropriate message that may get blocked or an inconsistent message that was not blocked.
